Ric De Luca is an architect with more than 25 years’ experience in commercial, residential and government education projects. He specialises in delivering practical, cost-effective solutions and providing end-to-end project management.
Ric will work with you from the initial brief through to completion of the final product; coordinating the consultant team and associated site contractors.
Having worked with a broad cross-section of clients throughout Queensland since the early 1990s, Ric is well-versed in identifying and communicating issues – usually before they arise – and adept at problem-solving and negotiating outcomes while keeping projects on track.
Ric’s working philosophy is quite simple: to comprehend the project from the client’s perspective – to know the scope of works and understand the budget. Throughout the life of a project, Ric’s communication with clients is clear, honest and occurs regularly.
